    This company is predatory. Dec 6, 2022 I signed a managed wifi form agreeing to $9.95 a month. February 1, 2023 I received my first bill of $181.72. I thought I signed up for the American Connectivity Program at the same time but have no proof. I called numerous times and finally talked to someone. Let me finish the timeline.. Feb 3, 2023 I received a past due notice with a balance of $116.82. March 1, 2023 I received another bill, still $181.72. When I called, I explained that I'm disabled and qualify for the ACP program. They said they have no record of that. I explained that I am on a fixed income and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. The answer was no. I cancelled my service and asked why they would not help me (remove or discount bill) so that they could get the payment from ACP and I could continue service. Still no. March sometime I got a copy of that bill with a red stamp stating that if this is not paid by April 13th, 2023, my account would be referred to their credit protection service. This whole situation was extremely disheartening and because of my disability, I regressed into a state of depression and despair. Months later I sent a letter. Even more months later I called and they stated that they never received my letter and there is still nothing they can do. I am without my government funded right to Internet as a result. What kind of company sends an account to collections after just 2 months of bills without payment? I wish someone could help me!!
