  I really appreciate our experience with Elm Air Conditioning when they installed our heat pump. Competent, courteous, and completed the job in one day as promised. We are extremely happy with our heat pump, which was rated to work well as low as 20 degrees, yet amazingly at 10 degrees this morning, still generating the same heat to our home.

  This is the first time that I used this company and they did an EXCELLENT job. They had to replace my 4 Ton Carrier Air Handler in a tight crawl space. The Air Filter and UV light boxes had to be transferred from the old to the new unit.
  The staff was both professional and personable. They were very respectful of my property and left it spotless when they were done.
  One of the Techs had to troubleshoot and rewire my **** thermostat...not an easy task.
  I HIGHLY recommend this company.

  Over 30 years ago, when we had a major home renovation, the A/C installer (hired by the builder) tried to excuse the weak A/C by blaming the hot day. My parents had used Elm, without problems, so we called them. The *** thought that the cause could be (what I remember as) a misfitting duct. He explained that he couldn't be sure before doing the ***air. We did the ***air...and we had working A/C.When we decided to install a heat pump, we were pleased to find Elm on the recommended list. We were not disappointed. The crew was impressive, careful, so quiet, we weren't sure when they took their lunch break. They were polite, checked with us before moving objects and installing the thermostats. **, the team leader, displayed incredible patience in explaining the works to us non-techies...again and again. We've experienced and heard about work crews who descend on a property like a stampede, blasting radios and breaking things. Oh, and wherever they worked was cleaner than when they arrived. Our only disappointment is that they do only HVAC! It's not that often that we can immediately check a project on our to-do list.

My system had zero issues or repair needs for 17 years. That condenser recently failed and I now have a new condenser that has been installed within a week, during this high demand period.Thank you ***

  ***** the maintenance man did a very thorough assessment of the units.He was helpful explaining what had to be done including the order of new filters.I would recommend Elm for its professional standards.
