    They claim they came to my house to provide service to my fridge. NO ONE ever came to my house. They are refusing to refund me the deductible I paid! ***** has hung up on me three times.. ************ is a complete fraud! The fact that she is claiming they have proof because she can provide my serial and model numbers simply means her tech jotted that down when he came to my house back in august 2023 and its on file. Other than that she has no proof a service was provide because no one ever came to my house.

    Operating under Repair Max **** by *** Arrived to look at my refrigerator but thought they were looking at air conditioner. Man doesnt introduce himself. Starts taking pictures of air conditioner before my adult son tells him its the fridge. Tech moves the fridges and hits my cabinet chipping it. He doesnt say anything and just says its the condenser and he will order it. He asks for a signature to order part and leaves while my son is inspecting the area. He didnt leave any information. When my son **** the picture of the damage I called. I spoke with a woman named *** who was rude and refused to even tell me the name of the technician at my house. Then she miraculously figured out who it was and said to me you werent home so how do you know anything, ************** didnt move the fridge. It was your son. I put my son on the line and he told her he didnt move the fridge and she hung up. When I called back the technician answers the phone apparently named ***** or something, I couldnt understand him 100%. He is yelling at me accusing me of fraud and screaming I have pictures . Absolutely, unbelievable. I have a picture of the area from that morning and pictures from after and a witness (my housekeeper happened to be there) who saw he moved the fridge while my son wasnt even in the room. Disgusting company, dishonest, lying and manipulative. Now ********** who had ** hire them is investigating. Do not let these people in your home.

    HORRIBLE!! Tech Ledge -Repair Max - My washer has been down since September 2022 and as of today November 9th, 2022, it's still not working. Was assigned this company by my warranty department. The tech "****" ordered & replaced parts after parts at least 7 or 8 parts. The last part ordered was just replaced the week before and he did not install the part because he stated that another part needed to be ordered!!!! WHAT THE HECK!!
    I'm getting nowhere with **** ******** ******* ******* their Overflow and Benefits Department. ****** tech not available until January 2023!!

    We have a contract and used them to fix our washer. The tech ordered parts and they came in. Wed called **** (the Manager). I told her that her tech ordered a water leak detector and there was no order part number. SHe kept yelling and talking over me. We asked to speak to a manager and she hung up. We called back and asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager. Classic line. We then asked if we can speak to the owner. She said we are now asking for personal information and was unwilling to help us or want to help. I won't not do business with them.
