    **************** who has yet to this second proven he is the owner other than yelling through the phone, crashed his **** International flatbed tow truck into multiple objects. The 7th precinct responded and dispatched on their heavy duty towing list our company. The flatbed was transporting a 2021 ****** on the deck which during the accident crashed into the headboard of the flatbed. The rates charged are based off of local companies rates. The ***************** does not have set rates for heavy duty recoveries. Once **************** called this morning to find out the total we informed him it would be broken down into 2 sections, one for the flatbed portion and the other for the ****** tow portion because his liability insurance would cover the ******, **************** had asked us to charge the insurance more so he can pay less. When we told **************** that is illegal and would not do it he then started threatening to report us to DCA which is *** based and has no jurisdiction and to the BBB. We also offered a discounted rate as a courtesy to a fellow tow truck driver in which the amount was not satisfactory to what he wanted to pay. We still do not even know who the owner is because they have yet to provide verification. The amount of clean up and speedy dry used for this accident, the batteries were leaking acid, the front was leaking antifreeze, oil, transmission fluid, etc. I have attached some photos of the scene to prove our bill. If there is anything else I can provide for the complain, please let me know.
