    I purchased a product from the HomePlumbing through ******. As pictured from the item page the drain should have 2 brass pipes. My product was missing one so I returned it. They charged me an $80.00 restoking fee, product cost was ******, and refused to acknowledge that a piece was missing or that the picture is misleading. I posted a poor review of the seller and mentioned how they refused to take responsibility. They insist that I was lying and am trying to blackmail them. This shows their poor customer service and shows how they would rather be "right" than make things right with their customers. I'm not the only review that has similar issues with HomePlumbing.
