    I am filing this complaint in behave of my elderly Dad, and his wife. They married back in Jan of 2022. They came to his office to file her immigration papers. They charged my father for services. since then his wife got their paperwork from the government. She was told once she has those papers to go back this office and finish the filing. Since then we call their office no answer, we have gone multiple times during their business hours, no one is there. They claim they are there from 11am to 5 Mon-Fri. One day we went on a Tues after noon, 9/12/2023. the place was dead. I feel this place my be defrauding clients. There were more people waiting for services. Everyone seems to have issue and complaints about them. We are looking to try to reclaim the money spent. Seeing how this seems like they took my Dads money and now running.

    ****** ( she doesnt read or write English) and I (******) used my credit card 4/1/2023 $700 Immigration classes On 3/3/2023 we had agreement to wait so we can gather all the documents and wait until she gave birth before we proceed. I have a transaction receipt stating that I fully paid on 3/3/2023. The receptionist said, dont worry about it( because of the agreement ) They deceived us by making us believe that we were going to pay around $130 because insurance was going to pay for it and thats why we signed up initially. On 4/1/2023 charge me $700 and they only want to refund me half of my money. They also made her sign a contract, which she didnt understand because she doesnt understand i English. I believe theyve been doing this for years. Very shady, not transparent, miss leading people that dont speak English! Long Island Family Immigration has one of the most terrible cancellation policies you have three days by mail to cancel! Theyre friendly until you ask for your money back!
