    I would give this company 0 stars. Showed up a 40 mins late. Missed the wedding reception. We called Mark (who is only a broker) told a family of 15 with 9 kids (with a 1 year old) on the bus after breaking down 2 times that it’s not his fault and there is nothing he can do. We Asked for some sort of compensation on a $2100 trip. He said take $100 off or he’ll leave us on the side of the road & we can take ***** homes. Worse customer service I’ve ever been involved in. Calls us at 7:23pm the night before to say we have to change busses either in queens or Bronx bc they had another issue with another vehicle. This is a typical broker joker. Check engine light was one, bathroom door didn’t close, swings open the entire trip, napkins stuffed in the AC units. I seriously recommend RUN from this company don’t even bother calling. Complete embarrassment of a company. Knows the trip has 9 kids on the bus and tells us he’ll leave us on the side of the road if we don’t like what he was saying.
