  I loved it and had an amazing time. Thank you to the factory and all of their helpers. It was definitely a night to remember.

  First we met with ***** and she said Ive got you! $500 deposit was required, final balance due later date.***** quoted $110 for all bottles, yet on the event day, guest was charged $250 for Mot. ***** included a two-hour top-shelf open bar in the final price, but 30 minutes before it started, the manager said we hadnt paid for it and allowed it to proceed only as a courtesy after arguing with us for 15 minutes. Our guest were only given signature drinks for ONE hour, not top shelf liquor. We feel robbed. She also claimed no music speakers were available at all, later we were told rentals were possible & day of the event we paid $250 for them.We were misled about a projector, initially promised at no cost, only to find a fee was involved.As the event approached 3 weeks prior, attempts to reach ***** for the final invoice went unanswered. About a week before the event, we were informed ***** was no longer working for the venue, and our new contact was ******** the general manager (apparently). This miscommunication and unprofessionalism nearly made us cancel. The manager said to me "It sounds like ***** is making you call on her behalf to be upset" "She's done this before, so I wouldn't be surprised". Why allow someone to keep working for you and dealing with guest if she is problematic? After meeting with ******** the 5days before the event, we went over everything ***** promised. ******** said our bartender(paid) could only serve soft drinks and we couldnt create sig. drinks, contradicting ****** claims.Despite ********* attempts to appear accommodating, she failed to confirm add. open bar fees and left a disparaging review about ***** online under the disguise of us, which was both inaccurate and uncharacteristic of how we speak. While the venue was nice, it suffered from disorganized management and unreliable guest service. 0/10! wish we could provide screenshots of the unprofessional and disjointed correspondance between us and the venues management.

  I had my 40th birthday party at the establishment. My night was entirely ruined because I was essentially robbed. I prepaid over $1000 for my guest to have drinks which the establishment claimed was used within one hour. Although I had less than 60 guest at the time. I paid an additional $2000 and again the money was supposedly used up quickly. I asked for an itemized bill and one could not be produced. I also found out from my guest that they were charged for their drinks. So essentially they took my money and my guest money. The entire situation was very disheartening. The venue is nice but its not worth it to deal with an owner who is a dishonest thief. I cant get the thousands I lost back but I would hate for someone else to have the same experience.
