      On 9/17/24 I purchased four items from Green Art Plumbing. The sales person was ***** *****. The items purchased were a sink, faucet, pot filler and soap dispenser. I was told the sink was 16 Guage stainless steel and very well made. The total amount paid for these items was $1917.06.When the sink and faucet were installed I found that the sink was scratched and stained very easily when water got on it and it continues to accumulate stains even after washing it. The sink also comes with a cutting board and vegetable cleaning strainer. These items also are not holding up, the cutting board bubbled up under the wood and the vegetable strainer stains the same as the sink. All of these items now appear as if I've had them for many years while my kitchen has just been newly completed. When purchasing the sink I was told that it was 16 guage stainless steel and would hold up very ******* addition, the faucet keeps turning on an off (its a touch less faucet) even when I'm not near it. The faucet head also hangs down, not retracting as it should.I contacted Green Art, and as requested, sent pictures of the stains and a video of the faucet turning on and off. I was contacted from ******* at Green Art. I was told to use a specific product on the sink to remove the stains. I used the product and it actually made the problem worse.I purchased these items in good faith, have emailed and called Green art many times and I keep being told that a representative would be getting back to me. It is now 1/29/25 and I have yet to get a response from anyone other than *******. but it stops there.I would like a new sink and faucet.
