  On Sat Aug 6 2022 I was driving home from the gym, and my car overheated, I ended up getting stuck on the ******* Pkwy just North of *******************. Unfortunately AAA is restricted on parkways! So they directed me to All County Tow and Recovery, I ended up speaking to ******** whom was very Nice, she stated driver was 40 min out, it was about 11:40 when I spoke to ******** the First Time, at about 12:30 I called back and ******** stated Driver was 12 minutes out, he did not show for another half hour!! I had already spoke to my mechanic and he said dont start the Jeep you can seize the engine.Driver finally shows, gets out of truck and gives me an attitude, his responses were very short, I said hey would you like me to ride in Jeep, he goes no u ride in truck!! Then I asked cause I always ask, hey would u like us to put a mask on he looks at with total disgust and says do what you want! I then walk away and he proceeds to start my Jeep, all that went through my head was my Jeeps engine was going to seize, I said hey did they tell you why Im being towed, there is no coolant in the engine, he looks at me and says dont talk to or I will not tow u, I said excuse me, he proceeds to verbally abuse me, yelling at me dont tell me how to do my job u r a crazy *******, Im not taking u I go I dont understand driver replies he says u can find your own way there, he lets my brother get in, n is proceeding to leave me and my brother opens the door and says you can come cause u r paying, the driver tells my brother I dont know how she is going to fit next to you, completely uncalled for and hurtful, he continues to ignore me saying something under his breath!Im completely distraught and still very upset about the whole incident, I didnt sleep well sat night. The tow company has my complaint and is ignoring me!! He over charged me for the tow, it was 8 miles and he charged me 10. I did not deserve to be verbally abused in any way!!

  I was not happy with the response but I expected nothing less!! Thank you for your help.

  they did apologize however I was still upset and I explained that to him. As I said they apologized and **** stated he warned the driver and put a note in his file!! 
  I just know I will never use that tow company again
