      HAD 4 TREES REMOVED 10/09/23 , GREAT CREW SHOWED UP VERY, VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY CARING FOR MY ************* NEIGHBORS PROPERTY, LEFT BOTH PROPERTIES CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY STARTED REMOVING TREES. I WOULD NOT BE AFRAID TO RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES I THINK I RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR & THAN SOME ********

      This company took down trees nest to my house and now I have branches sticking out of my gutters I called 6 times got secretary who promised me would be taken care of nobody came or called like they didn't care trust me this isn't over......

      Estimate was higher than most companies because they guaranteed aboveboard service and pristine landscaping. Did not itemize estimate and left property overgrown and sloppy. Amount charged was over $3,000 for removal of five bushes, no trees. The pruning was very minimal since we wanted to maintain privacy. Was reassured by estimator ******* that everything would be manicured but there was still a lot of debris with more pruning was needed. When called, they came back to finish minimally, and never completed the entire job. They also left plastic bottles and candy wrappers strewn on property, and did not remove out of control ivy. ******* said they would take care of small details around property but just did bare minimum. When owner was contacted about overpricing, he never responded. Horrendous customer service. I had to pay another tree company to finish the job, as well as have extra trees removed for a small fraction of what Greencare charged.
