      I contacted Black Horse Off Road on or about January 26th, received a response on January 27th. I was asked to send pictures ans proof of purchase, which I did. A few days later I was told the purchase was still under warranty and I would only have to pay s/h. I sent back response of I would like to continue with the warranty. Black horse offroad contacted me by phone got the information for the $19.30 transaction. This was in February. On February 18 I received a e mail with the invoice and tracking number. The warranty replacement made it's way to ******* the just stopped. I contacted the shipper to find out what going on, haven't heard anything since.

      Tell us whyOn 2/17/2025, a warranty request was submitted. That same day, we shipped a replacement product via ***** (tracking #************). Unfortunately, ***** lost the package. Per their policy, a package is not officially considered lost until five days after the scheduled delivery date.
      After completing the investigation, we shipped another replacement with ***** tracking #************. The new package is expected to be delivered on 3/10/2025 by 12:15 PM. here...

      I bought a product from the company on 11/17/2023 and returned the product on 12/1/2024 which was received by the merchant on 12/11/2024. *** tracking number ******************.Multiple phone calls with the merchant and they have still not refunded me my money. Order *******. The company after 2 requests did not send me my order via e-mail until the 3rd request. After reviewing I have no idea who is in the Bill ** field and they should both be my information as the Ship **.

      Purchased an auto part on 12/27/22 online from Black Horse Off Road, nothing was shown during or after this purchase that the part was back ordered or unavailable. In fact, it stated ships in **** days. After that time period, I contacted customer support regarding the order and ship date. I was told on 01/12/23, the part was on back order and ETA was 60 days. Contacted customer support on 05/17/23 wanting an update and stated the delay was unacceptable and unreasonable. I received a message that stated "Good Afternoon, We are receiving container for this part# in approx. ***** days in our ************** warehouse." I responded with "To clarify, you are telling me it will likely be at least another month? You also, didnt say when I would receive my order, but at minimum it is going to take over 6 months. Do you believe this is acceptable and good business? Do you think this will keep your customers happy? This is unacceptable."I additionally requested a refund.
