    On July 29 I paid Hills Fresh and Clean Mobile Detailing $162.00 to detail my 2008 ***** ***. I was pleased with the service. There were covers on the floor on the driver's side and the passenger side. The back seat was folded down. When I took the covers off the floor, the floor seemed slippery on the driver's side. I noted that but didn't have an explanation. It wasn't until I was giving a ride to friends and folded up the back seats that I realized the 2 head rests for the back seats were missing. I realized then that the floor mat for the driver's side of the car was also not replaced, and that was why the floor seemed slippery. I contacted Hills Fresh and Clean. The people on site looked around the shop but didn't see the missing items. I actually saw one of the head rests on a shelf, so I was given that (it had rust on it, though). I was promised a search for the missing pieces and a replacement if they were not found. I was told to return. I did so twice. I spoke with the owner Maurice. I also telephoned. He promised that if the pieces weren't found, he would write a check. We both agreed to check prices and reconnect. When I called, I gave him the option of ordering the missing parts himself, but he said he preferred to give me a check. He wasn't on site when I called, so we agreed to meet on Monday, October 28. I called twice to see when he would be available to give me the check, but he has not answered the phone or responded to texts. I really, really wanted to like this place, but this is unprofessional and a waste of my time to keep driving to this place to get resolution. At this point, I want my $162 refunded. Honestly, I think I should get that *and* replacement parts. But if I can at least be refunded I can be done with this problem. I feel at this point that this has been intentionally dragged out. I wanted to maintain a good spirit, and I really want small businesses to succeed, but this is ridiculous.

    Hills Fresh & Clean agreed to clean and wax our camper at the campground we were at,,with work to be done by Oct 15 when campground closed. Maurice , the owner, and employee came on Sept 20&21. Gave Maurice a check for $650; work was not done when he left but staff still there working. We did not have a chance to do a after-work inspection due to doctor appointments. When we came back and employee gone, the sun came out. It was clear the polish was not rubbed out completely, and there were streaks on all of the windows and trim. Pictures were sent to Maurice. He indicated employee would come back to have a look morning of Sept 22, and pick up a ladder left behind. No one came. Following weeks consisted of phone calls and text messages to the owner, trying to get the issue resolved. He kept putting us off. We always had to call him, he never reached out to us, just wouldn't show up on the day/time agreed on. We had to leave on Oct 16th, which we did. I have details. When Reviews were left on Google and Yelp the owner called immediately, apologizing profusely, and promising a full refund. He has our Florida address. He even responded to one review promising the refund. No refund or communication has been forthcoming. Called and left messages we did not receive check. No answers.Updates to those reviews were made on 11/7/23, 12/6/23, and 12/27/23 (most recently 1/21/24).Sent FB message on 12/10/23. Reply telling us they would let the owner know as owner had back surgery and out for two weeks. Replied we would wait 2 weeks and reach out again. Left FB message on 1/5/24, following up as we had not heard back. No reply. Left FB message on 1/7/24 again asking for owner to call and what it was regarding. No reply. We are disappointed not only with the work, but also because no attempt was made to resolve the issue and with the disrespect shown us by not communicating and being untruthful.We lived in NY for 27 years using this business, since it opened. Disappointed.
