    Service Date: 6/15/23 Company is under the name *** Rug and Carpet Clean. The cleaners completely ruined my wool area rug, chairs, and sofa bed. They were unprofessional, rude, and provided NO information on after care. They don't have insurance. One technician was on his phone the entire time while giving instructions to the other technician on how to clean the rug. The rug was wool and it is soaked with water. The sofa bed is ruined, they were not supposed to touch the mattress of the sofa bed which is now soaking wet, along with my chairs and sofa cushions. I finally had to call another nationally recognized brand to come out and access the damage. It will now cost me over $1000 for them to fix the damage to my sofa, 2 chairs and rug! I called to complain and get my money back, the person argues with you and won't accept responsibility. I want a refund and for them to pay for the damage they caused. I have videos and pictures of the horrible job they did.
