I am writing to report an incident at The *** Store at *************************************************************************************************, on Wednesday, November 27th, at around 1:08 PM.While waiting in a long line with about ten people to ship packages, a man walked in and skipped the line. One of the two employees took 15 minutes to assist him, causing a significant delay. When I politely questioned why the man was allowed to cut the line, the employee stated that mailbox customers receive priority and told me to contact corporate if I had an issue. He spoke rudely, implying that the man was his friend, and dismissed my concerns.I contacted *** ***************** and they confirmed that no such policy exists for giving priority to mailbox customers. This behavior was unprofessional and unfair to all customers waiting in line.I kindly request that this matter be looked into, as all customers should be treated equally and with respect.

    1) Very rude customer service, I simply asked for a receipt AFTER the transaction and they refused. When I insisted one should be provided, He gets all flustered and said, if you don't like the service here, don't come back. 2) I ended up losing a $200 return as I dropped off an Amazon return, there was a long line and as usual he says leave it there. I listened to him and that was the last time that box was seen. After I called Amazon and *** to complain, they started giving out receipts, but they are so cheap that instead of receipt paper, they print them out of *** provided labels !!!3) on a different occasion I observed them removing boxes for Amazon returns and throwing the product just in the bag back into the bin. I thought it's part of a green initiative, they are trying to save the world one box at a time, NO NO NO. They resell those boxes to unsuspecting customers who come in and need to ship something out !!! They even have the audacity to charge them for the **** to seal up the box !4) ALWAYS a super long line, especially on weekends, sometimes 15 people on line because they are so cheap and only have 1x employee working.5) They take on TOO many boxes and many times resort to storing them outside, even when it rains !!! A tarp will not protect the boxes 100% especially from the bottom.6) You go to ANY other *** Store or *** Drop Off location, once the employee scans your package/s it becomes THEIR responsibility. Here they ask you to take it yourself to either the *** pile or to the truck that is waiting outside.7) And finally the LAST straw that prompted this raving review, I dropped off some AIR packages on SAT. They instructed me to put them with the *** Ground packages, when I said, these are all AIR, they confirmed that they will get delivered on time. ***, they arrived late. According to ***, they have to be SEPARATE AIR & GROUND as they are shorted and shipped BEFORE ground packages since they have to catch the planes.
