    This isn't tech support, it is quite literally a scam, most likely operating from a call center in India. They are trying to steal your money from you by convincing you that you have an issue with your PC that you don't, they "fix" it, and then charge you an exorbitant amount of money. Take a look at their website, it is filled with broken English and grammar; and the website itself is a broken mess with incorrect formatting, links that don't even work, and pages titled "Why". Do you think a legitimate tech company would put together such a terrible representation of their business? Search their supposed address in ****** ****, it doesn't even exist. Their cheapest package is 200 dollars a month, that's absurd. ******, a legitimate company, charges 29.99 per YEAR to do what these guys claim to do. Do not call these people.
