    I ordered a **** ********* jersey for my very ill daughter for Christmas, I was promised delivery by 12/22/23, the jersey still has not arrived. I have emailed the seller several times and have no response, I have a tracking number for **** that does not exist. I have contacted **** and they have looked up the number several times and there is no such number. The tracking number is **************************.

    Ordered a jersey from them on December 15, the tracking number continues to say awaiting product. I have emailed them several times with a copy paste email I return

    Date of transaction was 10/17/23. I ordered 2 ****** ************ *** **** ***** ***** ****** at $36.95 each. The business was committed to send me 2 shirts size 5xl and 2xl. I received 2 shirts on 11/2/23, but my dispute is I received a wrong size. I contacted customer service 11/3/23 requested an exchange the xl for a 2xl. I received an email response on 11/3/23 "Can you provide us with a picture of the product, if it was wrong, we can replace another one for you." I provided 3 photos on 11/3/23 showing the shirt & the size in the collar. I stated that I leave for a trip on 11/17 & need the replacement, asap. I received a response on 11/4/23 "We're sorry but can you help us one more step: can you measure your shirt then take a photo and send it to us?" My response was I do not have a measuring tape & request refund. I did not get a reply so I emailed again on 11/6/2023 "To whom it may concern, I have not received a reply from the last correspondence; therefore, I would like to return my item and receive a full refund. It is so unfortunate because after reading your website and the reviews, I thought that your organization was a reputable company. When I received a quick response when I first received my incorrect item, I was under the impression that the situation would be resolved and I would be pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately, I am not content and my trip is less than two weeks away. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE STEPS TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND." On 11/9/23, the company wrote "Dear ******** We will check it with our warehouse and be back with you" & "Dear ******** Your shirt is 2XL but due to a production error we printed it as XL We apologize for this unfortunate misunderstanding". On 11/10/23, I again requested to exchange or refund. On 11/14/14, I got an email that did not address the return or refund. "We have noticed that your order has arrived, did you receive it?" Order #sikhiarts-****** tracking number: ************************** ** ****
