In July 2023 I started using Web Edge Studio for my business. I paid them 750 from my ***** Card. The payment went through but they said it wasn’t received. They asked me to pay again. I paid with a different card and disputed the first charge. They had problems with their bank claiming they accepted the dispute and my bank saying they couldn’t contact them. Eventually I was refunded the original payment. They were suppose to redo my already existing website. I paid for 4 years on their server as they stated they only worked under their particular server. They asked for all my email information and had me release the rights of my website so they could access it and edit it. They moved both my website and my business email to their server. I was able to access the site when they began working on it. About two months later I had no access to my website or my business email any longer. I tried emailing and calling over several months as I cannot move my domain without them releasing it back to me. None of my emails have been returned. None of the phone numbers work including the one on their website and the people id been working with personally. So not only did I lose my money but I lost access to the most important aspects of my business and had to pay to update all of that information with the state. All of our correspondence was through the email address that I no longer have access to.
