    To provide service on the lawn tractor and snow blower we bought .
    Nature Of Dispute:
    We bought a lawn tractor and a 2022 **** ***** 44 inch Snow Blower that was delivered on June 28th.
    In the middle of July after the snow blower was delivered I notice it was leaking oil so I stopped over at the **** ***** dealership and told the manager about the oil leak and was told someone would be out to look at it no one showed up.
    Sept 1st 2023 I again stopped over at the dealership and again was told someone would be out to look at it- no one showed up.
    Sept 25th I again stopped over at the dealership and was told they were short staffed because of Covid but someone soon would be out to look at the snow blower.
    Oct 10th and Oct 25th again stopped over on both of these dates and was told that farmers have first priority because of farming season and since it isn’t snowing yet someone would be out to look at the snow blower before it snows.
    I asked if they could just come pick it up and give us a new one since no one has even attempted to come out to see what was wrong with the snow blower but was told no they wouldn’t do that.
    No one will come out to look at the snow blower and now when we call no one will call us back and it’s now winter and we will soon be using the snow blower but we can’t since no one will come fix it for us.
