    After I received this item, I decided I didn't want it and have tried for approximately 9 days now to return it (un-used) but have not been able to get a response to any of the customer support services that are listed under some of the companies which seem to be involved in this order (such as blush, ********** *** ***** ******* *** ****** ******* ******** --- to name a few that I have uncovered). I only want to return the item and get reimbursed for the cost of the item. [I can send a scanned copy of my order to you if you wish.]

    I have sent 4 scanned documents above to respond to your BBB email on 11-13-23. I have already described what happened, and now I am submitting 4 pages to show that I DID have proof of purchase. Thank you.

    I bought a product that claims to have a 5 year warranty, but when I filed a claim 6 months after purchase I get no response. They just ignore the request never saying a word! If you have warrantied your products you need to honor it! I will never buy another product made by them again!
