He was polite, professional, and knowlegeable about the loan process, and succefully answered all my quesitons, which simplified the process. Furthermore, he always returned my phone calls, and made himself available, which these days is rare. I have been working with ***** and Merchant Source for years, I never had any issues, I am beyond grateful and only had good experiences. ***** goes above and beyond for me, she never disappoints. I have been mislead by many broker companies and got myself into a lot of bad situations, with horrible companies, who ripped me off and costed me a ************************** was able to get me better options and clean up my damage, and get me into a plan more sustainable for my business. I really appreciate that. He was with me every step of the way, providing the support I needed even as one lender kept moving the goal posts.
