  I received a call from United ******* Resources from a representative named ****. He stated after reviewing my business profile, I qualify for a loan. I asked him how did he get my information and he stated that I applied for a loan with them, which I never applied with them.
  However, I did continue to speak with **** in regards to the loan, due to business being slow at this time. He asked me how much I was looking for and I told him the amount, which was $5,500. He stated that they can help me with securing the $5,500 loan. **** from United ******* Resoursces reached back out in stated that he was able to get me more than what I asked for and that he got me approved for a $8,000 cash advance from ***** ******** *******, instead of a $5,500 loan. I asked him are you sure I'm approved or pre-approved and he stated you're approved. But I will need two things from you, a copy of your ID and a VOIDED CHECK. With my business being in need of financial help at this time. I decide to take a chance and send the documents that was asked of me, sign the contract from ***** ******** ******* and sign in the link to my bank account. I received a text from **** from United ******* Resources stating that I would be receiving a call in the next hr or two from ***** ******** ******* to verify what I'll be using the funds for. After two hrs past, I text **** from United ******* Resources and his response was "Hey James, they rescinded the offer they had for you due to low deposits month to date for October. It doesn't support the ability to continue with the payments due to that unfortunately. They canceled the call."
  I specifically asked **** from United ******* Resources would my month to date deposits effect me getting the cash advance because I didn't have any deposits for this month and he assured me that it wouldn't. United ******* Resources are scam artist They lie to you to get your information and take advantage of small businesses in need.

  Dear *****,We're sorry that you had a negative experience with UCS. We never wish to go through all the time and work it takes to get to the end of the loan process and then have it fall through. No one benefits from the wasted time, you don't get the funds you need for your business, and we earn nothing for the time spent on your file. In this case, our system records show that you applied through *************************** on 10/21/2022 through ****** search and were assigned ************ as your account executive. Our staff never cold calls people as you allege, all of our information comes from people who inquire about financing by phone, email, chat, or by our website like you did. At the start of any application, we ask what the merchant is averaging in monthly sales and if they anticipate the same amount of sales and bank deposits continuing through the funding process. The merchant expressed no issue with bank deposits continuing as they have in previous months at the start of our work. However, the merchant failed to tell us that there were little to no bank deposits for the current month. There's no more significant red flag to a lender than no deposits going into the bank account and them feeling like they're not going to get paid back, so they rescinded the offer at the last moment. Knowing how vital month-to-date deposits are, we would have never told you that it didn't matter if you asked. The basis of the lending industry is for the lender to believe you can repay the financing, so it's elementary that keeping bank deposits steady with past performance to prove you can repay the financing is crucial. We truly wish we could guarantee funds for every business, but if the lender sees a red flag like no month-to-date deposits, there's nothing we can do to change their decision. As I mentioned before, no one benefits from the wasted time, and we certainly did not gain any advantage. We did our best to get this merchant to the finish line, but unfortunately, factors that were not in our control caused this merchant to be declined.

  You guys are scammers. Your company take advantage of small businesses in need. **** from United Capital Resources was aware that I didn't have any deposits for the month of October. Thats why I told him I wasn't moving forward and he called and text my phone multiple times afterwards. Assuring that it wouldnt be a problem. He stated that they only go off the previous three months. I also asked **** are you sure I'm approved or pre-approved and he stated that I was approved. A pre-approvaI and being approved is completely different. Y'all lie and say approved, because Y'all know that would make a customer more comfortable sending in a voided check, picture ID and signing a contract that Y'all rescind on after receiving the customers documentation. I have the text messages and recorded conversations between me and United Capital Resources, to prove my case and point.
