    I contacted KastKing Company to get a replacement part for my fishing reel through email. I not only got a slow response back but was directed through a confusing and complicated ordering process for the part on their website. I finally purchase the the spinning handle with k*** through their website , since they didnt sell the k*** separately which was all i needed, for my **** **** Speed Demon Pro **** series. When i finally recieved my part through the mail, the part looked used and broken already not due to shipping. The threads on the new handle was missing half and did not bolt on my reel correctly. I have reached out to **** King multiple times and no response and have not gotten any support what so ever. After taking my money and sending me a broken piece of junk part , they are ignoring me now. I want my replacemnet correct part and would like to not do business with this shady company again.
