    11/11/2022 was the day I started treatment for back problems and leg problems. I was told that they didnt accept payment installments that you had to take out a loan to pay for treatment or pay the total bill of ******** for 2 year treatment, so with hesitation I took the loan, really didnt want another bill but I was encouraged to take the loan. I was going every week not missing a visit and after going for 6 months with no improvements and being hurt by one of the doctors I told them I was not coming back. I was hurt in my rib area and didnt go for 3 weeks because I was very sore and afterwards I had an X-ray done which I will include. I was told we do not give refunds. If there was some improvement and me not getting hurt I would understand but I did get hurt and my back is the same and my leg.

    **** was a patient at Advanced Holistic Healthcare.  She signed up for a 56 visit care plan and she used 30 visits.  Our contract clearly states that if you choose to stop care early your visits will be prorated at the usual rates without the administrative discount.  I have attached signed contract by her.  Her 30 visits totalled $5130 without the administrative discount.  When I meet with her on May 1, 2023 I clearly explained that to her.  I will gladly work with her if she wants some sort of discount but she did not express any concerns to me and just put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.  Please let me know what you would like me to do at this point.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 

    Nothing was mentioned about my being hurt and why would I want to continue. I really feel that their interest is how long they can get you to come and telling you its for your good to keep coming. I have not felt any different and I told them that and they keep telling you THE POWER IS ON.  Meanwhile I still have the same problems.
