    Always so helpful and accommodating! I love the fact that some techs are in wheelchairs so you know that they truly understand what you're explaining and how important a minor issue can be

    Another day wasted waiting for service. I needed a repair for a power chair and a technician came in early December to evaluate the repair. After waiting 2 months I received a call that the part was in and they scheduled the repair 3 weeks later. I was told the technician would be at my house between 9am and 5pm. I called at 11am, 1 pm and 3pm to see when he might arrive. I was then told that the repair had to be done in their shop. This is not the first time that I have had service issues with home medical. Their service is among the worst that I have encountered. I had a similar issue a few months ago, and I had another problem when I had an appointment at their shopno technician was available. I hadnt received a call to inform me that the technician was out.
