    I placed an order for contact lens with them on 9/17/2024, and on 9/20/2024 the money was withdrawn from my account. As of 10/10/2024 the status of my order is still "Preparing for Shipping", as it has been since 9/21/2024. As of 10/10/2024 at least 3 emails have been sent to customer service, through their website, with no replies. As of 10/10/2024 at least 5 phone calls to their number, voice mail picks up every time, 3 voicemails left, with no replies. I just need the contact that I purchased from them by 10/31/2024. If they aren't able to deliver the contacts by then, I want a full refund NO LATER THAN 11/8/2024. I just want what I paid for, and what they took my money to deliver.

    09/13/2024 ordered contact lens. Order ******. Sent RX , was charged $99.98. Status: preparing to shiping. I have called numerous times and have emailed numerous times. No any responses received. Need delivery or refund.

    7/27/24 ordered contact lens. Sent RX , Paid with **** gift card $194.97. Order says pending on my account. I have called numerous times I have emailed numerous times and I get no reply. I would like a refund and cancel order.

    I initially ordered a set of contact lenses and while the order was still in process, I used the company's online form to cancel the order. I also tried calling the ************** number from the website to confirm cancelation but no one answered and the voicemail indicated that no one is available. Neither of the communication methods worked. I did receive the order of lenses; however, I communicated via the online form and by phone (customer care) to try and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as indicated that I needed in order to submit my return. I left 4 voicemails and 4 online forms and 3 emails. No one as responded.
