      Beautiful 5 in 1 Electric Skillet - Expandable up to 7 Qt with Glass Lid, White Icing by **** ********* I purchased this product in March 2024 and 7 months later it is chipping. I contacted Made by *********** and was told, "Unfortunately scratches are not covered under our 2 year warranty."A product should not look like c*** after 7 months. I never put it in the dishwasher - it is has been handwashed and dried. I am extremely disappointed and angry.

      I was unsure of the product when I purchased it and tried to cancel before product shipped. The shipped anyway. There was a 100% guarantee. I sent product bak unopened withe provided instructions plus paid postage to return. Product was received back on 3/1/23, and they said they would refund my money. They said they refunded on 3/20 with a restocking and cleaning fee. They said they returned to my bank debit card but I have not yet received. I have emailed their customer service 4 times and called in once. They were supposed to email me proof on 4/18/23 but I have not heard back from them. I called my bank and nothing has came in. This is pure fraud!

      Some time ago I purchased a ****** Weight Tracking Scale. It was, I think, through Lifetime Brands, and it has been perfect, On February 25, I emailed ****** USA@LifetimeBrands as this scale had ceased to function properly. Two days later, I received instructions about how to re-program the scale.It still didn't work so, thinking it was out of warranty I asked for information about a similar product thinking I would purchase a new model. On the same day, I was informed that the unit was still under warranty. They requested my address and photos of the scale, told me that a new one should arrive in 2-3 weeks, It arrived in less than a week.This was one of the best customer service experiences I can recall. It could not have been better.
