    My spouse received a promotional email for 30% off to book at Jellystone in Gardiner, NY. Due to the significant cost savings, we decided to book a . My spouse has a medical condition which affects their cognition and they inadvertently forgot to enter the promo code. In spite of calling right away to request that the promotional code be added as well as sending an email to management (as directed), Jellystone refused to adjust the price or refund the cost of the trip. It is extremely disreputable and insensitive, particularly to do to someone who is working with a disability. I would never book another Jellystone vacation and will not be returning as this behavior is downright disgusting.

    **************** at the location is terrible. I booked a year in advance with 5 other families. All same price. When I received my confirmation for checkin my amount was $400 more. When I called the saw when my promo code fell off. Their error but will not credit my original form of payment. What am I doing with a camp credit when I will not be coming back. Worst customer service EVER
