    Capuano Construction completed in addition at my home. The work was performed by an individual named **** ****, with the general contractor rarely on site to check the work. In addition, *********** was frequently absent an left inexperienced workers to perform work. There were issues with almost every aspect of the project and *** ******************** acknowledged those issues in writing. I prepared a list of issues and *** **** ******************** assured me that he would make the appropriate repairs. While he did provide funding for siding that needed to be replaced, today he stated that he was not going to complete the repairs he had promised. All of the tile work performed in the bathroom is failing. In addition, the trench drain was not installed and the addition is not properly supported. Where 3 2x 12 supports were to be installed, he only installed one. He also encouraged me to make repairs to my furnace, and ultimately left the furnace ventilation system unfinished. *** ******************** also took photos of my home and is using these photos to advertise om his website. In addition to being unauthorized, the photos are misleading. I have multiple communications between myself and *** ******************** where he acknowledges the issues and indicates that he will make the appropriate repairs. He has indicated that this occurred on several jobs that he allowed ************ to lead, including a job for his EMS supervisor. ** ******************** should make the repairs or subcontract the repairs as he did with the siding.

    Hello to address the above complaint, I attached a copy of our conversation from yesterday, not once did i say i was not going to fix the issues, the person forming the complaint got completely out of control with the conversation when i said we didn't have time to address the shower issue. I have already given this client $4200 check as well as supplied over ******* in material for the siding issue to be handled. I was planning on starting the other work today for her until she started to create a hostile environment and conversation. As for every aspect of the job having issues that is a false statement, i have plenty of texts (will attach as many as possible) to show she never made any complaints during the job production. I also have texts of her praising ****, as well as me for the great work we were doing. I have texts of me offering her to give gage side work to fix her broken boiler which she gladly accepted and no complaints about that as well. As for the chimney we replaced, i have pictures of the holes, rust and deterioration of the existing one. I have prof of conversation that we covered part of the material for the replacement as well as no labor fee to help her out because she had a budget for the job. I have texts and emails that I sent for her to her service company ***** to help recoup some money from her contract because it was not serviced properly. As for the it not being put in properly, her boiler has been worked on and serviced by multiple companies and now months later it is said be our fault. Again something i offered to fix as well. I will attach as much prof as i can there are only allotment for 5 pictures. The issues with the floor tiles come up and shower tiles come out is the result of a bad bag of motor it didn't bond properly it happens and i had no issue fixing it i was planning on fixing it today for her until she escalated things because we didn't have the time to demo the shower walls and completely redo them which i never agreed to do. yes there are some spots that the grout needed to be removed off the tile but there was nothing wrong with walls. Not to mention when we posted a picture of her shower on ******** she commented below Nice! i have pictures of that as well. She never once complained about nay of this until march, this job was completed in November, she also made multiple payments after the bathroom was completed and never complained once. I have every email and every text she ever sent me. As for the center beam yes that was a mistake just brought to my attention, it was over looked by myself and the building inspector as well. I also agreed to fix that she was waiting to hear back from the architect for his suggested solution. At the end of the day offered to fix all the issues, but because it wasn't going to be done the way she wanted it she got nasty with me, I never said that i wouldn't fix the issues as shown above.
