      A Superior Concrete poured our Concrete basement foundation walls; during that time I repeatedly asked them to correct items before they poured both the footer and the walls. When they poured the footer, they ran short on concrete so i have a cold joint in the footer. When they backfilled the basement, they used bank run gravel on a couple loads instead of Washed #1's., which isn't clean and doesn't drain as well. When they poured the walls, there were three (3) long segments where the footer was placed incorrectly and the poured wall was on the edge of the footer instead of centered, which isn't per code. I've repeatedly asked them to extend the footer, but they have now blocked my calls. Finally, when we were invoiced we requested delivery tickets to verify the amount of stone used that was invoiced, which they haven't provided.
      In terms of customer service, they are lacking, they say they are right and the owners aren't professionals and don't know anything about the business. If you asked for anything to be corrected the answer is 'No' or 'This is the way we do it'.
      I wouldn't recommend this company for work as their prices are high, the quality of work is low and they're customer satisfaction doesn't exist.
