      I signed an agreement on 3/15/2023 with Turnbull Heating &Air Conditioning to have Turnbull to install a 42k ********** ***** ********* ****** System. Pg 2 of the agreement, which is included in the uploaded documents, has the agreement which I signed for (I circled this option at the time i signed and retuned the agreement to Turnbull).

      If you notice in the agreement it says there will be a $4,800 rebate to be be received within 3-4 weeks of the purchase.

      It has now been over 8 months since the system was installed and have not received any rebate.

      I have contacted Turnbull many times and have received the run around. here are examples of what I was told.
      -the rebate was being processed. they were just waiting
      the project manager left the business
      -the paperwork was all ready to be processed.
      -my paperwork was the next to be processed
      -the project manager had contacted NYSERDA and was going to try to get their contact to expedite the processing
      -the project manager was on vacation

      I would like my $4800. The final price I was supposed to pay was$13,245.25

      I told Turnbull I was looking into a legal solution and also filing an Elder Abuse Complaint.. I was 69 years old when I purchased this and am now 70.
      I'm extremely disappointed that companies like this are taking advantage of their customers.

      It makes me very nervous whether or not the heating solution they sold me will actually perform the way I was told or if that is another one of their lies.
