      Project has not been started per contract. We signed july 2022 and the project has no time frame or had been started.

      Dave H was asked by us to build a mudroom between our house and our detached garage. He did not start the project in October 2022 as requested. His guys began work in January 2023. They failed to have Building Codes inspect the work during and after the project was "complete". The completed mudroom has many code violations. It leaks and is causing damage to our garage and house. We've asked Dave many times to come back and repair the damage with Codes involved but have never seen or heard from him again. Codes has tried many times to contact him with similar results. I will NEVER recommend him or his company!

      In early November Dave H******* of Ridge Road Construction took $5,000 as down payment on a job to build a frame with plexiglass covering as protection through the winter for a screened in porch at my lake house. He has failed to complete the job and we are now halfway through winter. For 2 months I have been after him to show me work in progress and receipts for materials, since he has failed to complete the project, but he has avoided me at every turn. I believe he has taken the $5,000 from me with no intention to complete my project. I have offered multiple times to meet him at his shop to see the work in progress and receipts for materials but all I get are excuses.
