    made a order with company and only received some of order, they said rest of order would ship when in, but never did.

    On Feb 24, 2023, I placed an order with Filter1 as shown on the attached PDF file. They accepted the order and payment but never completed the order as of June 9. 2023. As noted at the bottom of the attached file I was shorted 3 filters that were to be shipped when available. Please note the shortage statement at the bottom of the attached invoice. After several months of calls and emails to which I have gotten no replies, I feel it is necessary to file a complaint to assure this doesn't happen to others. All I want is what I paid for or a refund of the 3 filters I didn't receive. Please advise.

    This business sells oil, fuel, and air filters on this website: filter1.com. I have been purchasing items from this website since 2018. I placed an order via the website on 4/16/2023 and have not received my order. I logged into my account on 4/26/2023, and again today (5/26/2023) to see that my order was received, and is 'processing'. I called 1-800-919-8893 on 4/26/2023 and again today. I heard an automated response that says the mailbox for ************ was full. I assume the 800 number is transferring the call to the number on the voice mail. I did some internet searching and discovered the business is sharing a building with '** **** ***' located at **** ***** ***** *** Genoa, NY 13071. Th* ** **** website (***********) says tha* ******* "is your local hardware, auto parts & agricultural, building and home repair store." I called the ******* store on 4/26/2023 (and again today) at ***** ******** and confirmed that Filter1 does business out of the building. Today I was told the Filter1 proprietor is in the store "two hours a day". I left a message on 4/26/2023 to have the Filter1 person call me. I did not hear back so I called again today. It has been 39 days since I placed my order. I want to know when or if my order will be filled. Is Filter1.com still conducting business?
