      I was told by the Congressman's office in Williamsville to contact the BBB for resolution of this issue.

      On June 1, 2015 my mother (**** ******) moved into Vinecroft Independent Living in Clarence Center NY (716-741-7741, address 5945 Vinecroft Dr., CLarence Center, NY, 14032) While she was there Heritage Ministries bought the facility. She paid an Entrance Fee of $110,000. She moved out in October of 2023 to an Assisted living Facility. There is a schedule for refund of Entrance fee balance, depending how long she stayed at the facility. It has now been 14 months since she vacated her apartment at Vinecroft and we have had no response from Heritage, after multiple phone calls. The contract says refund will be made after one year or if her apartment is rented. As far as we can tell the balance due is $16,500. I have informed Heritage and Vinecroft that I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.
