    This company provides NO VALUABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! They refuse to make a phone call to find out where an order is that they shipped.... They refuse to return a phone call which seems to get let on a landline voice mail. They have NO customer service available! AND THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY EVER GET ADDITIONAL AND/OR REPEAT BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EYES and/or state of being cared about as a paying customer.

    Do not order from them. The glasses took a month to get to me and within a couple months 2 cracks in the lenses started to grow. It's very clear it's from the treatment process. The lenses aren't covered under their warranty apparently which makes them much more expensive than the savings you would get from a legit retailer. Customer service is shockingly horrendous. DO NOT buy from them unless you want to spend more money replacing expensive items shortly after.
