If I could give a ZERO rating, I would! Our primary sitter was not available to care for our puppy for 3 wks in a row. The backup sitter was available for some of the occasions, but at much different times than we requested. Only option was either to accept that time, or not have any care for our puppy. After this continued for 3 wks of not having consistant care available for our puppy from our PRIMARY sitter, I messaged the owner to ask why. The primary sitter messaged to say that due to having surgery back in Feb., her availability changed. So, company didn't know this to adjust sitters?? We were only then assigned a different new primary pet sitter (making it the 3rd key I had to provide). After this replacement sitter started, I didn't receive the daily report the sitter sends out at the conclusion of each visit, & noticed that 1 1/2 hrs had past from the time he was supposed to be there. I again messaged company to ask if he had been there yet. The only answer they offered was that he was delayed. When I came right out to ask exactly why was he delayed to let our puppy out, the owner told me that he "was looking at the wrong day." Looking at the wrong day? Really?? So, it was clear to me that had I not messaged the company to see why he had not been to our home yet, he would not have come at all. Following my stating my concern over this last incident, the owner messaged me "ending their relationship" with us because they "do not want complaints." The action of terminating services in order to avoid complaints displays a priority to avoiding accountability & criticism over their delivering of reliable customer service. They chose to terminate us an clients rather than addressing & correcting the issue because they "don't want complaints." Laura's Critter Care is unreliable, unprofessional, & only practices a HUGE lack of any accountability! The negligence that we experienced with Laura's Critter Care all happened in only 4 months of us being with the company.
