    Yes it is an online casino thing and I played and I was on the slots and I won $100 instantly Will it froze and I had to reset it and it did not put $100 on my credit like it should have I have reached out to them and try to submit them everything and because I could not take a screenshot because my whole entire phone froze they are not wanting to return any of my emails any of my messages so he has if something could please be done I appreciate it thank you

    Our product is a mobile app with sweepstakes.  Players can win prizes including cash while playing in the app.  The app is free to play and entirely based on random drawings conducted by our server.  All wins come from our server and are delivered to the players mobile device through our app.  Our system retains the record of any player's win if their device lost connection or malfunctioned after winning the prize.  We cannot guarantee that the player did not attempt to manipulate the client software and thus only the server is the official record of prizes and winners.  We have no record of this player winning a $100 prize.  This player did not spend any money in this free sweepstakes, and therefor has not lost anything of value and was not guaranteed anything for playing our app. We have attached the official rules of our contest for your review.

    Ummm yeah it's free but also like I said if you all would read ur messages the game froze up and I had to soft reset my phone and it wasn't on there ur all slots say instant win so if you don't wanna honor it I'll take legal action and in working with my congressman on a bill about this. Just bc I didn't spend money doesn't mean it didn't land on it I've never in my life had to lie about anything never. Funny how u will respond here but not on chat or email or my review I left
