    11/12/2024 I paid ***** Moleros of CABINET REFACE DIRECT $4582.50 as down payment to repaint and resurface my kitchen cabinets 20 doors and 6 drawers in all. Eddiealso left me with a sample of the color the door would be. He collected the items during that week to have them refinished at his factory in upstate N.Y.On About December 5th ***** notified me there was an accident with his truck and 5 of my doors were damage which he had to remake. He told me the order would be ready the following week.The next week ***** sent his crew to start the installation process . I saw the sample door and one worker asked me if I liked the door . I replied I liked the color,but that was not my style door like I had and gave to ***** to repaint. The worker replied no that was the door he had a truckload outside. He brought one glass door in and it was not at all like my previous door. It had no grating in the glass. I called ***** and he said he was with customer. So I started texting him where are my doors and drawers? He said they were damaged in accident so he gave me all new doors. ***** had told me it was only 5 doors not all the doors of a different style not to my liking.We argued back and forth I told him I wasn't paying for Doors that he picked out it was not my style. He gave me a take it or leave it answer . I requested the rest of my doors returned to see what I could salvage and then he told me he threw them out.***** Moleros never showed me proof that doors were actually damaged . He had not right to throw out my property. I contacted my insurance and they contacted him, but hung up on them.I would like the refund of my deposit and the replacement cost of my original cabinets which were CUSTOM SIZED. ***** lied to me saying they weren't made anymore because I did find the exact cabinet . The cost of replacement is now *********.***** had no right to toss out my property and still take my deposit. He has not made any contact since December 2024.
