  I was greeted by disorganization. The art they showcase is an embarrassing collection of projects that were created by people who never learned basic art ************* students paid $18 to create a tie-dye pillowcase. The pillowcase they provided was so low quality that it felt like cheap fabric that would fall apart after a single wash. The dye was watered down, cheap, and completely ineffective. We werent given proper instructions for care, except for the vague wash in warm water when you get home. Following their advice, ALL the dye came out, and our pillowcase was white again. The event itself was pure chaos, zero organization. We were charged an additional $5 for a small slice of pizza and dollar store-brand juice, which the teachers had to serve themselves. No one could be bothered to provide basic service. After I called to inform them that the product was defective, I got serious pushback. Instead of offering a refund or even an apology, they insisted that we come back and pay again for another pillowcase to replace the defective one. I had already paid for a product that was clearly defective, and they wanted me to pay more for something that should have been fixed in the first place. The owner, ******, refused to speak with me directly. After weeks of back-and-forth with her secretary, ****** finally texted mebut refused to have a real conversation on the phone. Her texts were extremely rude and dismissive, and she would not take responsibility for her businesss mistake. She told me that "what she says goes." And then she threatened to email my principal because she didnt like my tone. She didnt even know my name! She had to ask me who I was. It was completely unprofessional and infuriating. She ended the conversation stating that she was a very, very busy woman and thats why she has a secretary. I would never, never recommend Bees *************************** Studio to anyone, as a teacher or a parent.

  the artwork that you're making fun of that's displayed in our studio is from New York City public students. You should be ashamed as a New York City teacher to make fun of children's artwork. Also, no one told you to pay for anything we said come back with the pillowcases and we will redo the pillowcases for you free of CHARGE . Then you also stated that the kids threw out the pillowcases and we told you please have the kids purchase a pillowcase from a store not us.. and you are welcome to come back at no additional charge. You are a disgrace and a bully and women like you shouldn't be in a classroom with innocent children.Dear ************** you for taking the time to share your feedback. Im sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your *************** like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our staff made every effort to communicate clearly regarding the pillowcases, and you were welcome to return and complete them with your students. We also offered the opportunity for you to come back and paint plasters at no additional cost, but this offer was declined.Our team works hard to ensure every child has a positive and engaging experience, and we always ask teachers and chaperones to assist us during group activities for the benefit and safety of the children. Our staff is dedicated, patient, and attentive, and we take pride in the care we provide.Regarding the pizza, we kindly ask teachers and chaperones to help serve, as our main focus is on facilitating the activities and ensuring the children are enjoying themselves.We value constructive feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.
