Excellent job! Clean and fresh. On time and efficient while thorough. Cleaning went above and beyond what I’d asked for. Vincent and Josh were great.

      BEWARE!!
Similar to ****** experience below ..condescending comments saying we "should just move...just sell this house, you shouldn't be living in the basement of a split level"..repeatedly..THEN
I reached out to see if he would partially reimburse her based on these new findings...
Asked why im helping her now.. Told me I should've been helping my mother during the flood..isn't she more important than your job he says?!!
Didn't realize he took advantage of us until we did the repair after a flood. He tore up a new $4k wood floor that should've never been removed. Any expert would know when they saw the bottom stamp on the flooring. Then charged a flat $4800 saying he gave her a $500 senior discount!!! He told us he was going out of business. We should've known not to have him do the job then. He no longer cares about his reputation just getting the last bucks he can before he closes in February.
3 restoration professionals came to quote the job and said he should've dried the basement not removed our waterproof flooring. It would been $600 to dry out. He took advantage of us because we are women who didn't know any better and he is quitting in a month
