      This is where they repoed my shipping container. Without a contract. I did not sign any contract with this company whatsoever. In New York state it is illegal to repo someone's personal property from a shipping container without a signed contract stating that they will lean my belongings if I have failure to pay owed monies. They repoed my container and only gave me like a week to pay the past due amount I called them about a week and they said bring the money in and then they changed their mind and refused to give me my belongings even though I had the money. I had the past due amount owed and they refuse to accept payment from me. And said that I could not have my belongings back and they were going to sell my stuff. That is a misdemeanor in state of New york. They came on to my personal property. And took my belongings because they knew they were valuable. And refused to receive payment from me. And kept my belongings. This was a month ago 2 months ago I'm sorry

      I had rented a unit from this site since 2021 , a Verdi took over ownership in June July of this year and never made us aware. I had to engage the local police to obtain information on who to pay to secure my items as the secured gate was broken and they did not supply valid contact information. Once I finally made contact with them they processed my payment which they was sending me notices saying I was late for. I now no longer have that unit and moved out a week early. They will not give me back a portion of the money as my date is the 17th of the month. I find this to be unfair as if I would have moved my things earlier they would have taken all my money and give me my nothing. This entity is not doing right never have I had that. They said you can’t rent it for two weeks . I do not feel that’s fair as I’ve been with that location for many years.
