      On multiple occasions this owner has lost belongings, not completed tasks by the agreed upon time, or items are not clean or completed as agreed upon. My last visit the jacket was still full of holes and was not clean and he demanded I pay or he calls 911.

      Dear Mr **** *******We are sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with our business. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.Upon reviewing your complaint, we have had numerous occasions that when you came into our establishments that are not fond of. We have experienced you coming in to pick up your order that was already uplifted with days passing for you to confirmed that you did indeed collected them. You have came offer to sell second had jacket stating “you’re strapped for cash” and not happy that we declined to purchase from you. Recently, you came in for service with the ticket that’s in questioned (invoice submitted for review) on your jack with numerous moth holes. When learned of the cost to fix you declined and only hopped in for fixing your left pocket hole. You asked if the jacket was dry cleaned, a service not requested on billed for and when stated no, you rebutted stating it should have. When the cost was shared, you declined the service. After review in management, we politely ask that you no longer bring your service work to us in the future. We wish you well in your findings for tailoring and cleaning services. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.       The owner of this business continues to demonstrate unprofessional behavior and attempts make an unrelated claim with a false statement that I did not make. This is by definition slander. The owner charged a $15 deposit and further requested $15 or else a threat to call 911. legally he has denied or falsified statements, slandered my name and or attempt to discredit a customer and is also liable for falsifying facts to an amicable attempt to resolve an issue. The owners response can be an example of morally and ethically corrupt business practice.the owner can be advised that should he not reconsider an apology and reimbursements of money he may incur a full investigation. At this time this party can and will consult a legal professional and he should be advised that he/they are liable bear all legal consequences, responsibility and costs associated with a civil lawsuit brought against him and or his business and all associated fees.
