    Simons recently installed a new high efficiency boiler system in our home. They showed up on time each day and worked well together. They answered any questions that I had. Ryan and Tom are great guys, and the girls at the office are also very nice and helpful. l would highly recommend them to anyone.

    I was recommended to call Simon's Cooling and Heating to have a window air conditioner unit, cleaned and installed, Zack was very professional, friendly and informative about what he was doing. We were more than pleased by the fact that we were serviced before all of the upcoming humidity and high heat that is starting tomorrow. Thank you Tammy for fitting us in. We highly recommend Simon's to anyone needed this service.

    Simons Heating and Cooling is great! The technician, Ken, spent much time diagnosing the problem with my a/c system, repaired it, explained everything to me in a friendly knowledgeable manner. Great service! Great company!

    Simons called and reminded me yesterday that I hadn't had my furnace serviced yet, and didn't want me to miss out. Honey set me up right away, and Jared was sent over today to do the job. I was very impressed with this young man. He was very neat about his work, and knew what he was doing. I felt comfortable with him, as he was friendly, and wise beyond his years. I could tell he had a great upbringing, and I felt safe with him, as I am an older senior citizen. When he was finished cleaning my furnace, he went through and double-checked everything to make sure I would be up and running. Jared was such a pleasure and enjoyed his work. He's a keeper. I'm sure he will continue to be an asset for Simon's, Honey. He's articulate in every aspect of his job, and very confident in what he does. Thank you for sending him my way! I have been with Simon's a little over 2 years, and I will not be changing for any other company. From installing my new furnace to the present, you will remain my go to person when a problem arises. Thank you!!

    Our furnace went out on 1/21/23 I called them on Saturday 1/22/23 they showed up when they said would Cam was the technician he tried everything he could to get it going to no avail it needed a new circuit board it had to be ordered on Monday they me borrow three electric heaters on Saturday morning to keep us warm they told me Monday the part was ordered and would be in Tuesday morning the business in Albany was supposed to send it directly to them instead they had it shipped to them in Albany and could ship it to Simons on Wednesday the technician Cam said they can’t wait till then he went to Albany to pick it up in about 10 minutes of running it was up to temperature and it runs better than it has in a long time I will have them back in the spring check the a/c and replace the the noisy inducer motor Cam was able to get it to quiet down I would recommend them to everybody that needs service

    We were totally happy with our new unit from start to finishI called about an estimate and John showed up in less than a half hour.The price was great and I said yes.Then my appointment was made for a week later.The installers arrived this morning and completely installed the unit and had it operating in four hours.They then showed me the way to properly use the unit and the new smart thermostat.Everyone I talked with was very professional.I would recommend Simons to anyone wanting a new central system installed in thier home or business.

    Andrew C was very efficient and did a great job. He didn't rush through job and was very kind and courteous in spite of my annoying dog.
