    wanted to go into every room of the apartment at last minute notice. Nosey and not sure if they are animal friendly. Very weird experience.

    Employees are courteous and show up when they say they will. Have been using them to control a bad mouse problem and it has taken some time, but haven’t found any dead mice around.

    Unprofessional, show up late for appointments. Send automatic reminders to you but are late themselves and never call. Send notices how do you like our quote but never sent it. Can not say if good or not but as far as estimates go totally unreliable.

    Hired them because they are a local company. Their employee hit my brand new truck in driveway and left without telling me. NYSP investigated and issued 2 tickets, 1 for leaving the scene of an accident, a hit and run. Truck had over $3000 damage. I have not received an apology from them yet. Unprofessional and not a trustworthy company. Not a happy camper...
