    Company website says "high quality work. once we pickup a customer, we don't lose them." Not true in recent experience last month, not pleasant at all. Went through Kucel talked to owner John Y****, recommended I choose ****** or ******** doors. John H**** came out, took measurements, came with brochures to choose from. H**** made arrangements with local lumber company pre-order. I paid lumber company and one of Kucel contractors was called to pick up the storm door to do the job. John Y**** sent out Jeff W******* and brought Rudy to install. Attached it to the outside of my trailer but did not install 8 screws to attach the storm door to the door jamb. Broke wooden corner of outside door frame on my trailer. Tried to say it happened before but not true. Used the door thinking the work was done but wasn't. John Y**** owner did not bother to come out to see what I was talking about. I emailed many times. They implied it was my fault and something I did. I am 69, live alone, disabled on social security. It was their shoddy installation of not installing 8 screws. Their faulty installation broke the door latch in 2 places. Jeff saw. I called ******** storm doors to get a new latch. Only a few days to a week used under warranty. Tried to tell me I did not go through Kucel and if I had, it would have cost me $2,000 to $4,000 for the storm door and installation. Told Jeff I was getting a new latch and he told me if he had to come back and install the new inside handle, it would cost me more money. Bottom screw for inside latch was over-tightened and same for separate door lock. Now because it through everything off, I emailed ******** doors Oct. 13 to get a new closure. They ruined that as well. Door took way too long to close properly on its own. I want it known to others my experience. I will never go back to Kucel again.
