    I dropped off my garden tiller in May to have it repaired. I have called numerous times during the past 4 months and kept getting told that they have not gotten to it. Last week I called and a woman told me that they should have it ready by this week.
    I called them today 9/23/23. I was told by an elderly man that they have not touched the machine and that they don’t think they will!! I had brought the machine to them because they were 1 of 4 **** **** dealers.
    This is not acceptable. I need something done about this situation. Can you please help me???

    BBB spoke to Norman, the business owner and the following was relayed: Unfortunately, there is no parts available for his piece of equipment because it is too old, they don't make the part anymore.

    I have found a repair shop that has already found the replacement parts and is installing them next week. Lennons never even looked at the unit. When I picked it up I had to clean the cobwebs off of it. The machine was excactly in the same place when I picked it up. I had to drain the fuel tank to remove the water from it, because it sat in the weather for 4 months. And now they are making excuses for their laziness and unprofessional behavior to their customers. Unacceptable
