    After weeks of seeking remedy for multiple damaged and lost items, I am still awaiting resolution. I had never used this service previously and they have consistently tried to skirt responsibility to both their clients and their workers. Whats more, is that, in an apparent effort to get clients to limit complaints, they ask the WORKER to pay for damaged items. This seems to potentially violate some labor and employment laws. They also refuse to take responsibility or reimburse for unused services. I have i cited more than $350 worth of lost and damaged items and they have yet to reimburse anything. The only reimbursement received, after several complaints and escalations over more than two weeks, was for cancelled services I had never used; one more than a month prior. This service should not be utilized and I ask that the BBB investigate their employment and business practices.

    I signed up for an online laundry service, **************** The pickup did not occur, and attempts at communication with customer support have proved fruitless so far.

    I used Clotheslyne, a wash and fold home delivery service. I gave them my own detergent which is scent free and non-toxic. When the clothes were returned to me they smelled like they had been doused in perfume. I called the company and they offered to redo the wash, but the rewash did not work and the clothes still smell. This must happen often because they have a promo code called REDO. The company offers hypoallergenic and 'organic' detergent and states you can have them use your own detergent, but they ruined our clothes. Both my son and I developed headaches and I kept coughing up sputum because of the noxious chemicals in the clothes. I had to throw out 200+ dollars worth of clothes.
