    After repeated attempts to resolve order # (15-***********), transaction ID (*****************) the seller has refused and ignored resolving this matter. After posting (1) star reviews concerning their service **** has since deleted this review and sided with the seller. After initially contacting the seller, they did offer a refund of which at that time I refused in return they send me functional quality parts. I even offered to pay for return shipping for the items initially sent. This seller informed me they did not have these parts in stock but would ship them out the following week (Dec. 19th thru Dec.23rd, 2022) once they arrived. As of this writing nothing was ever shipped and when I contacted the seller, they fainted no recollection of such an offer but ironically remembered all other details of this transaction. Our communications got testy as frustration set in but their resolution was, I purchase replacement parts for another ($120). I'm stuck with faulty parts, no refund and now the seller gloats **** has taken their side. Photos of the faulty parts (sun visors) were provided upon sellers request. They now claim threats on my behalf. My threats claimed of filing formal complaints through the appropriate agencies. Nothing else and I've written proof of all communications. Another rogue business taking advantage of customers.
