      I’ve worked with Terri over the last year and a half and it’s been nothing but a pleasure! She’s always expedient and professional!
      I made $14,000 on that investment and feel like I could have made more…
      I couldn’t more highly recommend Terri and the team at SunSnap!

      PLEASE READ!!!!
      Dear future clients,
      My family and I have limited funds but have always held the dream of owning our own homestead. Terri at Sunsnap LLC made our dream a reality. Not only was the downpayment negotiated to fit our budget, but Terri worked with us closely every step of the way even when we were late on a payment. Her customer service is outstanding!
      Now...on a more personal note: My family has recently experienced some financial difficulties and I needed help with a property transfer. This woman has given her time and a whole lot of effort to see that this transaction goes as smooth as possible, completely from her own good will! I even believe she has coved some of the cost of fees for this process. I don't think I could have done it without her support (and this was 2 years after my purchase from Sunsnap LLC!!).
      You won't find better customer care!

      BEWARE!! of Sunsnap, LLC.
      I only gave them one star because going into a negative is not possible.
      We received an offer for our property near Lake Eufaula, located in Oklahoma.
      They offered $250.00. (That’s right.l! Two hundred and fifty dollars!)
      We don’t know if they were hoping we were senile, we’d sign and return this Sale Agreement, send it back, and they’d luck into our selling our property to them at that price.. or what!
      Absolutely disgusting business ethics.
      (We have the “Sale Agreement For Property” that they sent to us, to prove what we are saying is true.)
      P.S. Sunsnap. We may speak slowly in Oklahoma, but we’re not completely stupid, and we don’t like predatory business people. Next time save your postage stamp.

      Hello *****, I am sorry you were unhappy with our intial cash offer on your property. When making an offer we take into account many factors including the terrain of the lot, clearing, road condition, zoning requirements and limitations, available utilities like electric, water, sewer any back owed taxes and HOA dues, comparable sold properties as well as asking what sellers would like to get for their property. Your heavily wooded lot is unfortunately very sloped and far away from any nearby utilities, it would also require an Aerobic Septic system per DEQ regulations because of the soil type which increases the costs associated with getting the lot into a usable condition. Since you did not share what you wanted for the property we made our offer to the best of our ability based on the data we had and property market values for comparable properties. Our offers also take into account that we pay cash upfront, pay all closing costs and you do not need to pay any realtor or broker commission costs so it is typically a lower offer than if you were to sell it directly on the MLS. If you would like to discuss further I'd be happy to review it with you, you may have other data that shows the property is of higher value that I was not aware of.
