      This is being opened on behalf of my mother who is 73 years old with major back issues, including broken vertebrae's and other issues. She needed a plow service and she changed from another person to WorryFree Home Comfort. The signed and paid for contract says they will plow when there is 3" of snow or more - The issue is, they don't follow their own contract.

      Each time it has snowed this year she has had to call them to see when they will plow her driveway (as ALL of her neighbors who have other services have been coompleted). Every time she calls, they have excuses like "We have over 100 customers", or "We will plow when it stops snowing".

      To me, they have no idea how to run a plow service. You dont plow only when it stops snowing, you plow according to the contract agreement - Instead, they are trying to save money and only do a driveway once during any storm. I have a basis for this, I have a service as well for my house and they have plowed me up to 3 times in a single day.

      The 100 customers is their own faul - They dont have enough workers or plows to handle the work. They played a game that they could sell a ton of contracts, hoping it wouldnt be a bad season. Well, a good customer service would add more drivers - EVEN if they lose money, thats business, get better at running one.

      Their service leaves a 73 year old, with a bad back and diabetes, no way to leave her driveway until they feel like finally driving over to plow the driveway. When they do manage to get over to plow the driveway its done poorly, often requiring them to come back with shovels to widen the driveway. Its as though they dont really know how to plow.

      I plan to let the Buffalo area know about them and their service, or lack there of, on a website.
